Cell Health & Centrifugation Sales Specialist (French-speaking Switzerland)

This role is located in French-speaking Switzerland and works remotely to cover the Cantons GE, VD, VS, NE, FR and JU. The position reports to the Swiss CHC Sales Manager and is part of the European Cell Health & Centrifugation team.
In This Role
Develop and execute sales activities within the assigned territory, including customer site visits, telephone contacts, managing enquiries, organizing and delivering product demonstrations, attending exhibitions and seminars.
Understand customer needs and workflow requirements in biopharma and basic life science research and develop solutions in collaboration with a team of experts.
Define and implement sales strategies and business plans addressing multiple decision‑makers in academic research and biopharma.
Conduct sales negotiations and achieve the budget within conditions set by management.
Essential Requirements
Degree qualification or Swiss Federal Certificate of Proficiency in Science or equivalent.
Fluent French and English, both written and verbal.
Valid driving licence.
Swiss work permit C or B (if required).
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of German language.
Sales experience in life science, pharma industry or bioprocessing (as a salesperson or a scientist).
Familiarity with complex sales processes for a portfolio of capital equipment.
