We are seeking a
Carrier Sales Specialist
to cultivate strong carrier relationships while negotiating and securing carriers to move customer freight and close new business.
Responsibilities
Develop new and grow existing relationships to build a strong network of carrier partners
Procure and source carriers to successfully cover SFL freight
Utilize our technology platforms for market data, price negotiation and operational tasks
Identify consistent opportunities within carrier network and match with customer needs
Provide exceptional service with integrity and professionalism
Compensation Base Salary plus Commission for each load booked, Generous Benefits

Location & Hours Rochester, MI, 8:00am-5:00pm – In Office
Qualifications
Strong dedication and assertiveness to succeed in the logistics industry
Ability to cold call and build rapport with carriers
Solid work ethic, resourceful, high energy with a sales mindset
Drive results independently and collaborate as a team in a fast-paced environment
Bachelor’s degree preferred (could be a Senior graduating December 2025)
Experience in transportation or logistics industry helpful
