Mission of the Role Take responsibility for managing our critical RTD business in New York. Partner with dedicated distributor marketing and sales teams, drive best‑in‑class execution, and build strong relationships with key off‑premise accounts.

Role Responsibilities Market/Channel Execution

End‑to‑end execution of commercial responsibilities: NSV, DGP, market share growth, and KPI attainment.

Analyze distributor execution, market dynamics, and competition to adapt strategies.

Lead local programming strategy, execution, and resource management.

Execute on‑premise events and samplings using division or company‑sponsored tools.

Manage budget for OPEX, Brand Investment Funds, and T&E.

Distributor Management

Set goals and objectives with distributors to align with state mandates.

Direct distributors through growth levers.

Hold distributor principals accountable for financial performance and KPI delivery.

Coach and monitor distributor sales force for performance improvement.

Business Planning

Drive planning discussions with local leadership for priority alignment.

Manage presentation and execution of category plans, brand plans, POS, promotions, and new item introductions.

Relationship Management

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and distributor partners.

Provide accountability and feedback on non‑compliance.

Collaborate with marketing managers on in‑market activations.

Inspire, influence, and manage consumer‑facing teams to achieve KPIs.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.

5+ years of experience in spirits, wine, or consumer goods distribution.

Stakeholder management and partnership development.

Thorough knowledge of distribution, promotion, and selling techniques.

Extensive commercial experience in beer, flavored malt beverages, or RTD.

Deep knowledge of the On‑Premise Channel and growth levers.

Proven team‑management history.

Experience with distributor relationships.

Exceptional planning and self‑management skills.

MS Office Suite proficiency.

Budget development and management experience.

Licensed driver of motor vehicles.

Intermittent travel capability.

Physical ability to lift, carry, or pull up to 45 lbs.

Adaptability to varied working conditions.

Salary Range $95,000–$103,000, plus an annual bonus, 401(k) match, profit sharing, and comprehensive medical and wellness benefits. The range adjusts for location, experience, and skill set.
