We're seeking a
Program Coordinator
to join our growing HUD Housing Program and help us continue delivering safe, affordable housing to those who need it most.
Key Responsibilities
Process and verify all HUD compliance paperwork
Review and correct tenant certifications, leases, and related documentation
Intake and process applications, including background, credit, and eligibility checks
Ensure certification paperwork meets HUD program rules and LSS standards
Maintain high occupancy rates and tenant satisfaction
Prepare compliance reports and respond to property operations requests
Collaborate with tenants, neighborhood groups, and city leaders
Apply knowledge of HUD handbooks and property management software

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in social work, sociology, psychology, or related field (or equivalent HUD/Tax Credit experience)
3+ years of professional work experience preferred
HUD Certified Occupancy Specialist (or similar certification) required
Strong knowledge of HUD compliance, property management software, and reporting
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (travel up to 50%, occasional overnight)
Education: Bachelor Degree of Hum. Serv. or Related Field (required)
Licenses & Certifications: Driver's License (required)
