This role shapes how our brands appear in the market, combining strategic insight, data‑driven decision making and cross‑functional collaboration. The ideal candidate is both a strategic thinker and tactical executor, driving performance while supporting day‑to‑day execution. What You’ll Do Develop, execute and optimize integrated marketing strategies that increase brand awareness, engagement and revenue growth across factoring, banking, lending and other financial services. Serve as a strategic partner to leadership and cross‑functional stakeholders, aligning marketing priorities with business objectives and developing go‑to‑market strategies that resonate with target audiences. Monitor and analyze industry trends, competitor activity and emerging technologies to proactively identify opportunities and risks. Recommend and implement innovative marketing approaches, tools and channels to keep strategies modern, effective and competitive. Leverage data and analytics to refine targeting, improve campaign performance and inform future strategy. Create campaign automation, segmentation and customer lifecycle strategies to maximize retention and growth. Manage campaign performance and report on KPIs, ensuring marketing initiatives align with business goals and deliver measurable ROI. Partner closely with Product to define and execute go‑to‑market plans for new products, feature enhancements and strategic initiatives. What You’ll Bring 5+ years of marketing experience, with at least 2+ years in financial services. Data‑driven mindset with experience using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, marketing automation, CRM, etc. Strong analytical skills and a data‑driven approach to decision making.
