AE – Brand Ambassador (Sales Associate)

Overview As a part‑time Brand Ambassador you bring our brand to life every day. Your goal is to provide every guest with an amazing shopping experience, make their day better, and represent our company values by bringing your real self to work. You are the face of American Eagle and you love the products, building brand loyalty with each guest.
Responsibilities
Use the AEO Selling Model to engage with every guest, helping them find exactly what they’re looking for with a “friends first” mindset.
Educate customers on AE & Aerie product details and make product suggestions that fit their needs.
Introduce the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels to guests.
Flex between sales floor, cash & wrap, fitting room and stockroom as required.
Proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy.
Assist teammates and support team effort in getting the job done.
Act with integrity, following AEO’s policies & procedures.
Qualifications
Enthusiastic people person who loves interacting with guests.
High energy and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
Available to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
Passionate about AE and Aerie products.
Previous retail experience preferred.
Minimum age 16.
