Part‑time Brand Ambassador. Bring our brand to life every day. Provide an amazing shopping experience to all guests, represent company values, and bring your REAL self to work.
Responsibilities
Use the AEO Selling Model to engage guests and help them find what they need with a “friends first” mindset.
Educate guests about AE & Aerie product details and make product suggestions to fit their needs.
Introduce the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels to guests.
Flex between the Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom as required.
Proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy.
Collaborate with teammates and assist in teamwork.
Act with integrity and follow AEO policies & procedures.
Desired Qualifications
Passionate about interacting with people.
High energy and ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Loving AE and Aerie products.
Prior retail experience.
Minimum 16 years of age.
