Marketing/Communications – Field Marketing
Pay Range: $50/hr – $60/hr
Plans, executes, and measures event and webinar marketing programs to grow the sales pipeline and revenue for the Field Sales organization.
Provides onsite execution support for marketing programs. Tracks lead flow to ensure the appropriate Sales channels follow up with event attendees and campaign responders in a timely manner. Creates and manages program budget, measures ROI through metrics analysis and reporting, and identifies high‑performing topics relevant to finance leaders.
Demonstrates a proven track record executing multi‑faceted event programs, excellent interpersonal skills, an understanding of sales business/revenue/pipeline management, strong content creation skills, and a customer‑first mindset.
Qualifications
3–7 years of experience as an outstanding performer in an IT/ITES organization handling Field, Product, and/or Digital Brand Marketing.
Rapid learning ability, willingness to take on complex assignments of significantly larger scope, and passion, energy, and ambition.
Self‑confidence in influencing key stakeholders to get the job done.
Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills.
Ability to operate independently with minimal supervision.
Preferred Qualifications
Comprehensive understanding of marketing strategy, including project management for events and seamless coordination among internal and external stakeholders.
Marketing campaign creation, ensuring timely and effective execution.
Content creation and strategy for key subject areas to support ongoing engagement and thought leadership.
Lead flow automation architecture concepts: Lead Scoring, triggered campaigns, predictive scoring, propensity modeling.
Microsite and landing page design concepts and technologies.
Audience segmentation analysis and tools.
