We value diversity and encourage applicants from all backgrounds. Key Responsibilities Ensure consistent execution of WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan. Plan repair work and prepare cost estimates for customers; use tools such as cutting guns, plasma cutters, hydraulic jacks, hammers, and pliers to repair vehicle sections. Repair dents, dimples, and minor body damage using filler resins when necessary. Realign car chassis and frames to correct structural damage. Remove damaged sections and replace them with new or aftermarket parts; repair glass and windshields as needed. Replace or repair interior parts as required. Weld and fit parts; prepare and repaint vehicles with factory‑specified or agreed‑upon paint. Attempt to complete work orders within labor time guidelines and inspect vehicles after repair to ensure quality. Perform other related duties as assigned. Education and Experience High school diploma or equivalent. Completion of a technical school program or a 3‑year apprenticeship as an auto body repairer. Required Skills and Abilities Read job orders and work independently. Collaborate with other repairers in the shop. Understand methods and procedures for repairing vehicle bodies. Use required tools effectively. Other Requirements Work safely in a noisy area with odors present. Lift up to 30 pounds when necessary. Perform visual inspections of vehicle damage in various weather conditions. Bend, stretch, kneel, and squat for repairs and inspections. Compensation $24 - $35 per hour – Flat Rate. Compensation is performance‑based and tied to turned hours, with a guarantee of minimum wage.
