Responsibilities: • Facilitate online class learning activities for Human Nutrition 2410 (Spring 2026). • Design and administer assessments (quizzes, exams, and homework as applicable). • Offer weekly virtual office hours. • Submit grades and resolve any ongoing student or course issues.
Performance Objectives: • Develop and deliver courses in formats that may include classroom, online, or hybrid. • Contribute to the creation and improvement of course content.
Education and Experience Requirements:
Required:
Master’s degree.
