Bilingual Administrative Assistant
We’re partnering with a Houston organization that is seeking a Bilingual Administrative Assistant who can provide high‑level support across personal, office, and administrative needs. This is a fast‑paced, hands‑on role for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys variety in their day, and is comfortable balancing both personal and corporate tasks.
Responsibilities Personal & Executive Support
Manage personal calendars for family, kids, and select corporate events
Coordinate personal bill payments and important deadlines
Arrange travel and accommodations
Order meals, make reservations, and assist with special requests
Communicate regularly with a property manager in Mexico (Spanish required)
Office & Administrative Support
Fill in for the receptionist when needed and assist with general office operations
Maintain office inventory and supplies
Support company events, including 2–3 large galas each year
Run a wide range of errands (bank, dry cleaners, coffee runs, car wash, car maintenance, etc.)
Qualifications
2–5 years of experience in an office or administrative setting
Extremely flexible, adaptable, and comfortable working irregular or extended hours
Positive, solutions‑oriented mindset and strong attention to detail
Must live in the central Houston area
A reliable personal vehicle (this role requires frequent errands)
