Job Summary

Develop novel methods and tools for analyzing continuous glucose monitoring (CGM), kinome, RNA‑seq, and/or high‑throughput array (including antibody array) data under the guidance of a sponsoring.

Manage data generated in the Diabetes Solution COBRE projects, perform routine statistical analyses and study design, including power calculations, sample size determinations and statistical analysis plans.

Apply machine learning approaches to integrate diverse datasets collected from study participants to identify subtle differences that may not be detectable using standard analytical methods.

Qualifications

Education : Ph.D. in statistics, biostatistics, data science, bioinformatics or related field

Experience : Proficiency in R, Python or SAS; statistical analytics experience; experience with statistical methods, theories, and communication with collaborating scientists

Preferred Experience : Ph.D. in statistics or biostatistics with data analysis in biomedical research
