We are seeking a Sales Administrative Assistant to join our Northern Orange County office. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work with a stable and growing company that values professionalism, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills.
Base Pay Range $25.00/hr - $27.00/hr
Key Responsibilities
Manage and process all contracts
Handle COI (Certificate of Insurance) requests
Greet customers as they walk in
Maintain and update city business licenses
Organize and track warranties
Oversee billing and collections
Set up new jobs and manage related documentation
Process change orders
Prepare and submit vendor packets
Complete prequalification forms
Assist with bid documents
Qualifications
Strong administrative and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Excellent communication and attention to detail
Experience in sales support or administrative roles preferred
