Position Summary The UNC Eshelman School of Pharmacy at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill invites applications for a postdoctoral fellowship in Educational Research and Teaching, with a focus on Competency-Based Education (CBE). This program provides a unique platform for motivated individuals to gain expertise in educational research while engaging in impactful teaching and academic activities. The fellowship is designed to advance the fellow’s skills in competency‑based educational research, teaching, and academic service, preparing them for leadership roles in academia. The fellow will explore and contribute to the design, implementation, and evaluation of CBE strategies within pharmacy education, emphasizing learner-centered approaches and innovative instructional design.

Minimum Education and Experience Requirements Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or a related degree. Strong interest in competency-based education and pharmacy education innovation. Excellent organizational, communication, and collaboration skills.
