THE JOB: Join our team as a VLT Service Representative, where you'll provide exceptional guest service while accurately completing paperwork, preparing hopper fills, and processing jackpots. You'll communicate essential information to Supervisors and Technicians, ensuring a smooth gaming experience for our guests. If you're detail-oriented and passionate about delivering outstanding service, this is the opportunity for you!
THE STARTING RATE: $15.38
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
Accurately complete paperwork, prepare jackpots, and communicate relevant information to Supervisors, Technicians, and the Coin and Security departments.
Work at the Players Club Booth by enrolling guests in the Players Club program and issuing complimentary items according to company policies.
Ensure compliance with the policies and regulations of the Gaming Control Board while maintaining the security of issued keys, radios, and slot cards.
Maintain a fixed amount of currency for breaking down large bills for use by the Slot Bill Validators.
Assist patrons by explaining the Players Club membership application, benefits, and how the card works at the slot machines, and notify supervisors or Security of unusual events or concerns.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
A High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent is required.
Must have 6 months of prior customer service experience in a similar environment.
The ability to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, is required; previous cash handling experience is preferred.
Strong problem-solving and listening skills, with effective communication in English (both written and verbal).
Must communicate concisely and logically while maintaining confidentiality and working well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Excellent organizational skills are necessary to function effectively under time constraints and within established deadlines, with attention to detail.
