Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Travel Telehealth - BCBA Role with Limited Travel

$85,000-$95,000 base + bonuses (up to $107,000 total).

Must live in North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Connecticut, Louisiana, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Texas, Virginia or Florida.

This role is primarily a telehealth position where eight out of every ten days you will be able to make a difference with children affected by autism from your home office. However, to ensure the highest quality standards, we require you to travel two days every two weeks to your assigned market to foster stronger relationships with your clients, their families and your team. Your Role as a BCBA at Butterfly Effects

Supervision & Support : Oversee RBTs and BTs to ensure consistent, high-quality services.

Assessment & Planning : Conduct FBAs, set individualized goals, and design evidence-based treatment plans.

Family Training : Empower caregivers with ABA strategies through regular training sessions.

Collaboration : Partner with therapists, educators, and professionals for holistic care.

Qualifications

Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, or related field.

Active BCBA Certification (BACB).

Commitment to supporting children and families with autism.

Strong communication and collaboration skills.
