The Garden Wellness Center
The Garden Wellness Center is currently looking for a licensed Esthetician in Virginia. Located in historic Old Town Alexandria, our spa has proudly served clients for the past three years. We seek estheticians who are passionate and enthusiastic about their craft and are looking to help round out or wellness practice. Candidates should work well within a team and be committed to a long‑term role with our growing company. As part of our team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining a client base.
Qualifications
Must currently hold a Virginia license as an Esthetician or Master Esthetician.
Must comply with local and state licensing laws and regulations for Estheticians.
Position Requirements
Must have an understanding of, belief in, and passion for the healing benefits of skincare.
Must have knowledge of facial massage, waxing services, and tinting. (We will not be offering lash services as there is already a lash business in the building.)
Must be customer service‑oriented and able to communicate effectively with clients and sales.
Job Duties
Promote health and wellness benefits and suggest treatment plans to clients receiving facial and waxing services.
Create an excellent experience for members and guests through a friendly and helpful attitude.
Help maintain the professionalism and cleanliness of therapy rooms and common areas.
This is a contract position. Full‑time or part‑time acceptable.
Commission starts at 35% with 100% of all Cash, Venmo, and Cash App tips.
