The Position Fashion Stylist
Overview Stylists are fashion‑forward leaders who serve as ambassadors for the AKIRA brand. Passionate, fanatical, and driven, they consistently exceed sales goals by cultivating a loyal client base and delivering an exceptional styling experience that leaves every client saying, “I LOVE AKIRA!” each time they shop.
Essential Functions
Deliver outstanding customer service by following AKIRA’s 5 Steps of Selling.
Offer expert styling advice and trend insights to clients.
Curate merchandise to create complete, head‑to‑toe looks.
Manage and personalize fitting rooms to enhance the client experience.
Build meaningful, long‑term relationships with clients to foster loyalty.
Contribute to the overall upkeep and appearance of the store.
Maintain a thorough understanding of AKIRA’s product offerings.
Exceed individual sales goals with determination and focus.
Collaborate to meet and exceed the store’s daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Physical Requirements
Move product, supplies, or boxes repeatedly; able to push, pull, lift up to 50 lbs. as needed.
Stand or walk for extended periods, including a 10‑12 hour shift.
Hourly position with additional sales commission. Compensation varies by location and performance.
