Responsibilities
Set and prepare tables for dining, including folding napkins, cleaning and placing tableware, serving water, etc.
Ensure tableware is in good working condition and report any defects for repair.
Stock, maintain and clean designated food station(s).
Assist food server(s) with table service, including serving beverages, breads, etc.
Retrieve and transport dirty tableware to dishwashing area.
Respond to guest inquiries and requests, resolving issues in a timely, friendly and efficient manner.
Supportive Functions
Perform general cleaning tasks using standard hotel cleaning products as assigned by supervisor.
Fold napkins for all meal periods throughout the day to maintain an adequate supply.
Replenish condiments and restock side stands.
Handle special guest requests, greetings, seating and ensuring guest satisfaction.
Attend required meetings.
