Your potential is our inspiration.**Where You’ll Make a Difference*** Operate equipment in enzyme production areas to ensure efficient manufacturing* Monitor processes and adjust parameters to maintain quality standards* Collaborate with engineers to optimize production and troubleshoot issues* Work with Delta V process control system for accurate operations* Perform routine maintenance and inspections on production equipment* Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations* Document operational data and report deviations promptly* Support continuous improvement initiatives within the plant* Participate in team meetings and contribute to problem-solving efforts**What Makes You the Right Fit*** High School Diploma/GED **required*** A.A./B.S. or related degree in a scientific or technical field **(preferred)*** 2+ years of experience in a mechanical or industrial plant environment* Demonstrated mechanical and troubleshooting skills* Excellent written and verbal communication skills* Proficiency with MS Office suite* Strong team player, able to work in a multidisciplinary environment* Ability to lift 55 pounds* Pre-employment drug screen and background check required* Experience with Delta V process control systems* Knowledge of enzyme manufacturing processes* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills* Competitive pay starting at $27/hour with annual bonus plan* Comprehensive health benefits including medical, dental, and vision* 401k plan with company match and paid parental leave* Three weeks paid vacation plus 13 paid holidays* Tuition assistance and career development opportunities* Inclusive culture that values diversity and authenticityWe are a global leader in taste, scent, and nutrition, offering our customers a broader range of natural solutions and accelerating our growth strategy.
