Your potential is our inspiration.**Where You’ll Make a Difference*** Operate production equipment safely and efficiently to support enzyme manufacturing processes.* Monitor equipment performance and production parameters to ensure optimal output and quality standards.* Utilize the Delta V process control system (a digital automation system) to manage and adjust production operations.* Troubleshoot equipment issues promptly and collaborate with maintenance teams to minimize downtime.* Perform routine checks and record operational data to maintain compliance with safety and quality protocols.* Work closely with engineers to identify process improvements and implement optimization strategies.* Follow all company safety guidelines and standard operating procedures to maintain a secure work environment.**What Makes You the Right Fit*** High School Diploma/GED* A.A./B.S. or a related degree in a scientific or technical field preferred* 2+ years of experience in a mechanical or industrial plant environment* Demonstrated mechanical and troubleshooting skills* Excellent written and verbal communication* Computer experience with MS Office suite* Strong team player with an ability to function in a multidisciplinary environment* Ability to lift 55 pounds* Pre-employment drug screen and background check required.* Experience with automated process control systems or similar technologies.* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues effectively.* Collaborative mindset with excellent communication skills to work seamlessly with cross-functional teams* Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance, plus prescription drug coverage.* 401(k) plan with generous company match and additional retirement contribution.* Three weeks of paid vacation to start, 12 paid holidays annually, and participation in a bonus plan.* Company-paid life and accidental death insurance, with optional supplemental coverage.* Tuition assistance and paid parental leave to support your personal and professional growth.* Short-term and long-term disability plans, plus Employee Assistance Program for well-being.We are a global leader in taste, scent, and nutrition, offering our customers a broader range of natural solutions and accelerating our growth strategy.
