We are looking for a dedicated & compassionate School-Based Clinical Intake Specialist to join our team! This role plays a key part in managing the intake process for students, ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with educational & mental health regulations. Licensed interns are welcome to apply—this is a great chance for professional growth & mentorship! Key Responsibilities
✅ Conduct initial assessments & gather comprehensive intake info from students & families. ✅ Complete & maintain intake documentation in line with state regulations & policies. ✅ Collaborate with school staff & clinical teams to ensure smooth transitions. ✅ Assist students & families in understanding the intake process & addressing concerns. ✅ Utilize telehealth platforms for flexible intake sessions. ✅ Maintain confidentiality & ethical standards in all interactions. ✅ Provide mentorship & supervision to licensed interns, fostering professional development. ✅ Participate in ongoing training & professional development to stay current in school-based mental health. Qualifications
✔️ Active Ohio License (LPC, LPCC, LSW, LISW) OR currently enrolled intern in a counseling/social work program. ✔️ Experience in school-based or clinical settings, especially in intake or assessments. ✔️ Strong organizational skills & attention to detail. ✔️ Excellent interpersonal & communication skills, especially with children & families. ✔️ Ability to work independently & collaboratively within a school environment. ✔️ Familiarity with EHR systems & telehealth technology is a plus!
