Spero Health is seeking a licensed Counselor or Social Worker to join our team in Chillicothe. The role supports our mission of "Saving Lives, Instilling Hope and Restoring Relationships" through an integrated care model that includes counseling, case management, and medically assisted treatment. Conduct initial assessments and provide ongoing patient care. Deliver evidence‑based counseling to patients. Provide patient education and goal‑setting to help patients achieve freedom from addiction. Ensure program accountability and patient compliance through collaborative efforts. Serve as a clinic resource and enforce HIPAA and CFR 42 Part 2 compliance. Qualifications
Minimum Bachelor’s degree in a human services field (psychology, sociology, social work, family studies, counseling, nursing, or a related program) or high school diploma with CDCA licensure. Minimum of one year of full‑time experience or a master’s degree in behavioral science as defined above. License: LSW, LISW, LPC, LPCC, LMFT, LIMFT, LCDCII, LCDC III, LICDC, CDCA (or equivalent).
