Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees.**What You’ll Be Doing*** Operate loader equipment safely to move, load, and organize materials* Maintain equipment through routine inspections and basic servicing* Support yard operations by managing stockpiles and material flow* Follow all safety procedures and contribute to a strong safety culture* Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate daily tasks**What Are We Looking For*** Ability to operate heavy equipment safely and confidently* Strong awareness of safety practices and commitment to following procedures* Capability to identify equipment issues and report them promptly* Effective communication skills and ability to work independently or with a team* Reliability, attention to detail, and readiness to learn site processes**Conditions of Employment*** Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check* Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing**Work Environment*** Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level**What We Offer*** $25.18 per hour* Benefits through the Union for Medical, Dental, Vision and Pension* Union paid vacation, sick leave and holidaysEqual Opportunity Employer - Minority / Female / Veteran / Disabled### Emplois similaires (1)locations:
