What You'll Do:
Troubleshooting and repairing mechanical and electrical equipment
Performing preventive maintenance and conducting routine inspections
Supporting general facility maintenance such as plumbing, drywall, painting, cleaning, and safety checks
Collaborating with the maintenance team to resolve recurring issues and implement improvements
Ensuring compliance with OSHA standards and Tosca’s internal safety processes
Demonstrating strong working knowledge and full adherence to Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures
What We Are Looking For:
High school diploma or equivalent
3+ years of maintenance experience
Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office
Knowledge of OSHA safety practices, including LOTO
Electrical knowledge including schematics, PLCs, 480v/3-phase systems, D/C motors, Yaskawa A/C drives, wiring, and control logic
Mechanical knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, pumps, and industrial controls
Boiler or MIG/TIG welding experience is helpful but not required
Willingness to work a rotating schedule and support overtime as needed
Work Schedule Newnan operates a
12-hour rotating shift schedule
that provides built-in long weekends every other week:
Day Shift:
5:00 AM–5:00 PM
Night Shift:
5:00 PM–5:00 AM
The rotation follows a consistent pattern:
3 days on → 2 days off → 2 days on → 3 days off , then repeats.
This structure offers predictable scheduling and multiple full days off in a row.
