Maintenance Technician | Wyoming, MI
Salary Range:
$49,000 - $81,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
Perform preventative maintenance on production machinery and facility equipment.
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
Conduct routine inspections of equipment to identify and address potential issues.
Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns and perform emergency repairs to minimize downtime.
Install, set up, and commission new manufacturing machinery.
Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, repairs, and parts used.
Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies during maintenance operations.
Recommended Qualifications
Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
Experience with PLCs, VFDs, and industrial control systems.
Ability to read and interpret technical blueprints, schematics, and manuals.
Demonstrated experience in a manufacturing or industrial maintenance environment.
Strong understanding and adherence to safety protocols, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO).
Technical degree or certification in industrial maintenance, electrical, or mechanical fields preferred.
Bonus Qualifications
Experience with PLC programming and advanced troubleshooting.
Proficient in welding (MIG, TIG, Stick) and basic fabrication.
Demonstrated experience utilizing Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
Robotics maintenance and programming exposure.
