R25095281**Summary****Job Description:**Performance Improvement CoordinatorFull-Time, DaysJob Description:* Facilitates Internal and External Benchmarking and Public Reporting of Data.* Facilitates or Coordinates Performance Improvement Activities for Designated Departments and Teams.* Establishes and maintains liaisons within the system, hospital, physician offices, multicenter sites, industry and governmental agencies.* Communicates information appropriately and in a timely manner.* Actively Participate in Interdepartmental Performance Improvement Activities.
