Overview As a part‑time Brand Ambassador, you bring the American Eagle brand to life every day. You provide each guest who enters the store with an amazing shopping experience, making their day better than before they came in. You are the face of our company, you’re proud of it, love the products, and are passionate about building brand loyalty with every guest. Most of all, you represent our company values and bring your real self to work every day.
Responsibilities
Use the AEO Selling Model to engage with every guest and help them find exactly what they’re looking for, with a “friends first” mindset. (We will teach you the model.)
Share product knowledge of AE & Aerie and suggest items that fit guests’ needs.
Introduce the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels.
Adapt to any zone—Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, or Stockroom—as needed.
Proactively resolve guest concerns while staying within company policy.
Work as a team player and assist teammates as required.
Act with integrity and adhere to AEO policies and procedures.
Qualifications
Enjoy interacting with people.
Full of energy and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Loves AE and Aerie products.
Has prior retail experience.
At least 16 years of age.
