Job Summary As a Marketing Specialist, you will play a critical role in driving day-to-day execution across influencer, social, retail, digital, and brand marketing. This role is highly cross-functional and ideal for someone who thrives in a startup-like environment, can manage multiple workstreams simultaneously, and enjoys working across the full marketing funnel. You will partner closely with U.S. teams, external agencies, and Korea HQ to support 360° go-to-market plans, retail activations, content development, and operational workflows that bring the Olive Young brand to life for U.S. consumers.

What You’ll Do

Support development and execution of omnichannel GTM plans across social, influencer, digital, retail, and offline activations.

Manage marketing calendars, timelines, and cross-functional deliverables to ensure alignment with U.S. and Korea HQ teams.

Coordinate campaign assets, creative briefs, and localization needs for U.S.-specific launches.

Support social media execution through content planning, asset organization, caption drafting, and scheduling.

Identify emerging creators and UGC opportunities aligned with U.S. beauty trends.

Assist in planning and executing retail activations for U.S. store openings and key brand events.

Coordinate promotional materials, sampling programs, and in-store marketing initiatives.

Partner with mall marketing teams and external collaborators to drive local awareness and traffic.

Prepare creative briefs and manage asset organization across campaigns.

Support localization of Korean brand content for U.S. audiences and ensure consistency across all consumer touchpoints.

Gather and organize creative assets needed for paid media and cross-channel marketing.

Act as a connector between U.S. teams and Korea HQ (Brand, Global Commerce, SCM, Legal) to ensure smooth execution.

Track action items, manage documentation (Confluence/SharePoint), and support workflows such as vendor onboarding and contract processing.

Compile post-campaign and post-promo performance metrics in coordination with e-commerce and data teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required

3~6 years of related business experience, beauty experience strongly preferred

Passion for cosmetics/ beauty industry

Must demonstrate strong strategic, creative, interpersonal, organizational and communication skills

Thrives in an environment that is extremely fast-paced, rapidly changing, and customer service-oriented, and flexibility is critical in order to be successful

Ability to work and drive sound business decisions when dealing with ambiguity

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Able to effectively present to and advocate for ideas

Able to build collaborative relationships and work cross-functionally with marketing, operations groups, education, and creative

Able to handle multiple priorities, and guide team to do the same, while meeting business objectives

Ability to travel
