Responsibilities

Build strong, long‑term relationships with customers by actively listening and responding to their needs, capturing attention, building rapport, and fostering brand loyalty.

Conduct tastings and product demonstrations at customer locations to drive product awareness and engagement.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the account base and increase product distribution.

Enhance market presence by building visibility and trial to boost brand affinity and sales.

Deliver excellence in activation and execution of brand standards in the off‑premise channels, driving rate‑of‑sale on our brands in all assigned accounts.

Act proactively as an ambassador owning the activation, execution and achievement of all market goals.

Stay knowledgeable about market trends and competitive activities.

Qualifications

Education: College degree preferred but not required.

Experience: 1 year of experience preferred.

Must be 21 years of age or older.

Technical savvy: Computer literate and functional in Microsoft Office.

Objective oriented: Focused, assertive, and able to work with little direction or supervision.

A team player: Able to work in an intense, fast‑paced environment.

Strong interpersonal and leadership skills to develop key customer and staff relationships.

Strong communication skills and ability to make compelling presentations.

Mobility: Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within an assigned territory.

Schedule: Flexible to work non‑traditional hours, including evenings and weekends.

Location: Live in Northern Atlanta.

Compliance: Required to obtain a solicitor’s permit where necessary.
