We're hiring a 360 Account Manager (Remote from Poland) at ITMAGINATION, join our team of 400+ developers, analysts and testers!
ITMAGINATION, now part of the Virtusa group
seeks an
360 Account Manager
to own a defined client portfolio and operate in a balanced 360 model with a strong focus on proactive outbound business development. Split your time between new business acquisition and growth of existing accounts. For new business you handle inbound and outbound lead generation, qualification, proposal shaping with delivery, and closing. For existing accounts you deepen relationships, map decision makers, uncover demand, and drive upsell and cross sell. You partner closely with the Delivery Manager for execution and client satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
Own net new pipeline generation. Build target account and contact lists, run structured outbound across email, LinkedIn, and calls, secure first meetings, and convert to qualified opportunities in Salesforce.
Build and manage a healthy pipeline in Salesforce for both net new and existing accounts.
Run qualification, discovery, and proposal cycles for new opportunities with clear next steps and deadlines.
Coordinate solutioning and pricing with the Delivery Manager and recruitment to ensure feasibility and commercial guardrails.
Negotiate commercials and terms with client stakeholders with support from legal and finance.
Own account plans for your portfolio with targets for revenue, headcount, upsell, and cross sell.
Expand relationships at C level, procurement, and technology stakeholders.
Lead regular business reviews with clients together with the Delivery Manager and ensure actions are tracked to closure.
Represent Virtusa at conferences and industry events, generate meetings, and convert them into qualified opportunities.
Travel to client locations in Europe and the United States as needed.
Maintain accurate pipeline and activity data in Salesforce and report portfolio health regularly.
Requirements
3 to 5 years
of
business to business account management or sales experience
in
IT services, software house, staff augmentation or body leasing , or in other business services providers selling to similar enterprise clients in sectors such as banking and payments, gaming, logistics, retail or telecom
Proven success running full lifecycle sales (inbound & outbound)
for both new business and existing accounts
Strong commercial acumen across time and materials, managed team, and fixed price models
Fluent Polish and fluent English in speaking and writing
Confident stakeholder management across tech and leadership levels
Skilled use of
Salesforce
for pipeline, activities, and reporting
Strong presentation and
negotiation skills , comfortable in client meetings and formal reviews
Willingness and ability to travel internationally
Nice to have
Experience selling nearshore and offshore delivery
Background in sectors such as banking and payments, gaming, logistics, retail or telecom
Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and outreach tooling
Knowledge of basic legal and procurement flows for MSAs, SoWs, and change requests
