Dining Room Manager @ Magnolia Glen
The Dining Room Manager @ Magnolia Glen is responsible for overseeing and ensuring all dining venues provide exemplary customer service to residents, guests, and associates.
Schedule Schedule based on business needs (typical shifts 7a-4p or 11a-8p, including weekends as needed).
Compensation
Salary Range: $60,000 - $65,000
Paid vacation, sick time, and 7 paid holidays

Responsibilities
Promote a hospitality-focused culture in all dining venues
Manage the front-of-house team
Serve as liaison between guests, residents, and kitchen staff
Record production and operational data as required
Create effective schedules, plan and forecast labor by budget
Interview, hire, train, manage, and retain highly effective associates
Qualifications
Minimum of five years of food service supervisory experience
Employee training experience
Scheduling experience
Labor management experience
POS user experience
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed
Certifications
Current Food Handler’s Certificate is required
