The
Dining Room Manager @ Magnolia Glen
is responsible for overseeing and ensuring all dining venues provide exemplary customer service to residents, guests and associates.
Schedule: Based on Business Needs (Typical shifts 7a-4p or 11a-8p - including weekends as needed)
Salary Range $60k - 65K
Paid Vacation / Sick Time / 7 Paid Holidays
Excellent - Medical / Dental / Vision Benefits / 401K
Free Meal each shift
What will I do every day?
Promote a hospitality focused culture in all dining venues
Manage the front of house team
Serve as liaison between guests, residents and kitchen staff
Record production and operational data as required
Create effective schedules, plan and forecast labor by budget
Interview, hire, train, manage and retain highly effective associates
What will I need to be successful in this role?
Minimum of five years food service supervisory experience required
Employee training experience
Scheduling
Managing Labor management
POS user experience
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed
Special Requirements/Certifications I may need?
A current Food Handler’s Certificate is required
