What You'll Do:

Carry out security‑related procedures and site‑specific policies as outlined by Allied Universal, providing customer service to clients and visitors.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, following established protocols.

Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the location, including interior and exterior areas, to help deter unauthorized activities.

Monitor entrances, exits, and sensitive areas within the financial institution to help deter potential threats or suspicious behavior.

Communicate clearly and professionally with staff, visitors, and law enforcement as needed.

Document and report incidents, observations, and activities according to Allied Universal and client procedures.

Support emergency response activities and participate in drills as directed by site management.

Maintain a visible presence to help deter unwanted activity and promote a secure environment within the financial institution.

Minimum Requirements:

Have at least 1 year of armed security, law enforcement, or military experience.

Provide proof of a high school diploma or GED as required by the client.

Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Participate in industry‑specific security training programs.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
