Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner. Conduct regular and random patrols around the financial institution location and its perimeter to deter unauthorized activity. Monitor entrances, exits, and sensitive areas to deter unauthorized access and/or suspicious behavior. Maintain a visible presence throughout the location to deter potential disruptions and provide reassurance. Document and report any security‑related incidents, hazards, or unusual occurrences according to Allied Universal protocols. Collaborate with law enforcement and/or emergency responders as needed during critical situations. Operate and maintain assigned security‑related equipment, including firearms, in accordance with company policies and training requirements. Minimum Requirements
Have at least 1 year of experience in armed security, law enforcement, and/or military roles. Provide proof of a high school diploma or GED. Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. Applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with federal, state, and local laws. Applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Participate in industry‑specific security training programs. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and may be required prior to employment.
