Role Description This is a full‑time, on‑site role located in Sterling Heights, MI. The Executive Assistant will facilitate every necessary responsibility of the Managing Director, to run, grow and manage the firm. The Executive Assistant will manage and provide administrative support, manage schedules and communications, organize and prioritize tasks, and facilitate the day‑to‑day operations of the Managing Director. Additional responsibilities include maintaining the calendar, preparing reports, handling correspondence, and coordinating meetings and training the supporting staff as needed. The position requires a strong disposition, professionalism, discretion, and the ability to run a fast‑paced financial planning environment. Opportunity for Growth and uncapped Earning Potential!

Qualifications

Experience in a Financial Planning specifically (insurance, annuities, securities, general planning)

Expertise in Executive Administrative Assistance, Executive Support, and Administrative Assistance

Strong skills in Diary Management and scheduling to ensure seamless coordination of activities

Excellent Communication skills, including verbal and written, for professional correspondence and interaction

Highly organized with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software

Ability to exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality

Previous experience supporting senior executives is preferred

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is a plus
