Astro ABA is seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) to join our team of experienced professionals. As a BCBA, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for children with ASD and other developmental disabilities Conduct behavioral assessments and analyze data to inform treatment decisions Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure consistent implementation of treatment plans Provide training and support to parents and caregivers on behavioral strategies and techniques Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of new treatment programs Maintain accurate and detailed records of client progress and treatment plans Stay current with best practices and evidence-based treatment approaches in the field of ABA Requirements
Missouri BCBA License required. Board Certification in Applied Behavior Analysis (BCBA) from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information What We Offer
