About the Job We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Infrastructure Manager to lead and oversee our networking, server and systems infrastructure. This role is critical to ensuring the reliability, scalability and security of both our IT and OT environments.
Responsibilities
Design, implement and maintain enterprise networking infrastructure (LAN/WAN, wireless, firewalls, VPNs) across IT and OT environments.
Oversee server and systems administration including virtualization, storage, backups, patching and monitoring.
Manage infrastructure projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets and quality standards are met.
Define and measure infrastructure installation quality standards and develop key performance indicators (KPIs).
Establish asset lifecycle management processes and maintain patching schedules, hardware/software replacement and critical issue resolution.
Ensure proper alerting and incident response mechanisms are in place and functioning effectively.
Develop and maintain infrastructure documentation, standards, policies and vendor relationships, contracts and SLAs.
Mentor and lead a team of infrastructure engineers and administrators.
Participate in budgeting, capacity planning and strategic roadmap development.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field (or equivalent experience).
7+ years of experience in IT infrastructure with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.
Expert‑level knowledge of networking protocols, architectures and tools (Cisco, Palo Alto, etc.).
Experience with OT networking in industrial or manufacturing environments.
Strong background in server and systems administration (Windows/Linux, VMware, Active Directory, etc.).
Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (Azure, AWS) and hybrid environments.
Proven experience managing infrastructure projects and cross‑functional collaboration.
Excellent problem‑solving, communication and project management skills.
Must be 18 years or older.
Competencies and Skills
Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNP, CISSP, MCSE, VCP).
Experience with infrastructure automation and monitoring tools.
Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and compliance standards (NIST, ISO 27001).
Physical Demands
Ability to sit or stand for prolonged periods and move throughout the facility as needed.
Ability to lift items up to 20 lbs. unassisted.
Visual and hearing acuity sufficient for business and technical environments.
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel domestically up to 25%.
