Job Description The Key Lead is responsible for ensuring all customers receive a quality in‑store experience. Acting as the Floor Supervisor, the role provides guidance and coaching to Brand Reps and Stock Associates, ensuring store operations run effectively. The Key Lead is part of the store leadership team, driving store performance on the floor through customer experience and team achievement of daily sales.
Key Responsibilities
Opening and closing routines
Maintain product knowledge & brand awareness
Understand business objectives and metrics
Apply proactive thinking to solve operational challenges
Ensure attention to detail in all store tasks
Operate register / point of sales system
Protect assets and handle loss prevention
Create and maintain visual displays
Utilize system tools for inventory and reporting
Work Schedule
Schedule varies weekly; expect 12‑16 hours per week.
Required availability on Saturdays, Sundays, and select holidays.
Hours may increase during peak periods to support business needs.
Qualifications
Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent (preferred).
Retail experience: At least 1 year preferred.
Supervisor/managerial experience: Not required.
Customer focus and communication skills.
Interpersonal interaction and teamwork.
Fashion trend knowledge and brand aptitude.
Outgoing personality with assertiveness.
Adaptability, flexibility, and stress tolerance.
Poise, ambition, and multi‑tasking ability.
Applied learning mindset and strong work ethic.
Experience with omni‑channel services (beneficial).
