Antimetal
We’re hiring a
GTM Generalist
to operate across our full go-to-market motion — supporting upcoming launches, standing up new GTM systems, coordinating events, and ensuring every customer-facing touchpoint runs smoothly from first interaction to closed deal.
This is a high-impact, highly cross-functional role for someone who loves sitting at the intersection of
sales, marketing, operations, and product storytelling . You’ll help design the content, processes, and programs that make Antimetal’s GTM engine scale.
About Antimetal Antimetal is building the future of infrastructure management. We're starting by creating a platform that investigates, resolves, and prevents issues—giving engineers their time back to focus on what they do best: building great products.
What You’ll Do:
Coordinate events & campaigns:
Plan customer dinners, industry events, roadshows, webinars, and virtual demos that drive top-of-funnel interest and deepen relationships.
Manage logistics, outreach lists, and follow-ups
to ensure every event and campaign is tightly executed and maximizes engagement.
Build enablement content:
Partner with Product, Marketing, and our founders to create collateral — one-pagers, talk tracks, decks, product briefs, and competitive breakdowns — that help the GTM team tell Antimetal’s story clearly and effectively.
Operationalize GTM workflows:
Identify bottlenecks in lead flow, routing, reporting, or customer onboarding, and help design cleaner, more predictable processes that improve handoffs between teams.
Analyze & report:
Track GTM performance metrics, evaluate what’s working, and feed insights into campaigns, launches, and process improvements.
Develop GTM tooling:
Evaluate, implement, and manage tools across the GTM stack (CRM, enrichment, outreach, analytics, automation), ensuring strong data hygiene and tight integration across systems.
What you bring:
A generalist operator mindset with strong organization and an ability to move fluidly across marketing, sales, ops, and product‑adjacent work.
Experience in or around an early-stage GTM function (marketing ops, revops, SDR, customer success, events, or GTM operations).
Familiarity with modern GTM tooling (HubSpot, Clay, Notion, Zapier, Ashby, analytics tools) — and eagerness to experiment with new ones.
Strong writing and communication skills; you can translate technical concepts into crisp, compelling narratives.
Comfort with projects that blend creative storytelling, structured systems‑building, and hands‑on execution.
Bonus:
Experience selling technical products into a technical buyer.
Prior startup or 0 to 1 experience.
Who you are:
Identify as a
builder.
Are
excited to work in‑person
from our new and spacious office in New York.
Love working in a startup environment (experience in a startup or obsession with going zero‑to‑one).
Enjoy working with people who are ambitious, caring, and think in systems.
Thrive in a fast‑paced iterative environment where experimentation is essential.
What we bring:
Pay & ownership
— Competitive salary with generous equity grants.
Full coverage + retirement
— Fully covered health, dental, and vision, plus retirement benefits.
Unlimited PTO
— Take the time you need to recharge.
Dinner on late nights
— Working late? Dinner is on us.
Fitness stipend
— Monthly support for your health and wellness.
Tools of the trade
— Any equipment you need to do your best work.
Commute perks
— Citi Bike + train benefits.
