Company Description Our client is a fast-growing, venture-backed Series A technology company building next-generation infrastructure automation. Their platform helps engineering teams investigate, resolve, and prevent issues across their environment so they can focus on building exceptional products instead of routine maintenance.

The company has strong inbound interest from large enterprise customers and is gearing up for a major public launch in early 2025. You’ll join a lean, high-impact team working from a beautiful, newly built office in New York City. The environment is fast-paced, collaborative, and ideal for someone who loves building from zero to one.

This role is a rare opportunity to join a rapidly scaling GTM organization at an early inflection point, working directly with senior leadership and shaping foundational systems, processes, and content.

What You Will Do

Coordinate Events & Campaigns:

Plan and execute customer dinners, industry events, virtual demos, and launch-related initiatives. Own logistics, attendee lists, outreach, and follow-ups to drive engagement.

Build GTM Enablement Content:

Partner with Product and Marketing to create high-quality collateral such as one-pagers, talk tracks, competitive summaries, and messaging frameworks.

Operationalize GTM Workflows:

Identify bottlenecks across lead flow, onboarding, and reporting. Help design cleaner, more scalable processes across Sales, Marketing, and Product.

Analyze & Report:

Track campaign performance, pipeline metrics, and GTM health. Use insights to recommend experiments and improvements for upcoming launches.

Develop GTM Tooling:

Evaluate and implement tools across the GTM stack (CRM, engagement platforms, analytics tools), maintaining strong data hygiene and system integrations.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Work closely with leadership to support the company’s public launch, early enterprise pipeline, and strategic go-to-market initiatives.

This role blends creativity, systems thinking, and hands-on execution—and offers clear growth paths into GTM leadership, technical sales, or chief-of-staff-style responsibilities.

Ideal Candidate Background

1+ years of experience in a generalist GTM, marketing operations, revenue operations, SDR, events, or similar role—ideally in an early-stage startup.

Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple moving parts across events, content, systems, and reporting.

Proficiency with modern GTM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Notion, Clay, Zapier, analytics tools).

Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to distill complex concepts into clear, compelling messaging.

Comfortable working cross-functionally and owning ambiguous, high-impact projects.

Thrives in fast-paced, iterative startup environments and enjoys building new systems from scratch.

Excited to work on-site in New York City.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience supporting technical products or working with technical buyers.

Prior experience in consulting, venture capital, or founder-like roles.

Exposure to basic software engineering or cloud infrastructure concepts.

A track record of delivering high-quality operational or GTM output in high-growth environments.
