I opened my first agency in St. Charles in 2016 and expanded with a second location in St. Peters in 2022. My journey with State Farm started right after college, inspired by my uncle, who worked as a sales team member with the company. Before becoming an agent, I was a college basketball player—a passion that taught me teamwork, discipline, and leadership, all of which I bring to the business every day. I’ve been married for 12 years and am a proud dad to three young kids (ages 7, 6, and 4). When I’m not in the office, you’ll likely find me hunting, golfing, or spending time with my family. I’m also deeply committed to giving back, serving on the board of our local Boys & Girls Club and supporting community initiatives that make a difference. As a Customer Relations Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Zach Plackemeier - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support. Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues. Maintain customer records and update information as needed. Assist with customer retention strategies. Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction. Qualifications
Communication and problem-solving skills. Experience in customer service preferred. Ability to handle high-stress situations calmly.
