The role supports the sales of Building Automation Systems and Components and current Value-Added Partners (VAPs) for growth of our Building Automation product lines. Responsibilities
Support the territory outside sales effort to grow underachieving/stagnant accounts Potential for local key account responsibility for a select number of small accounts in the focused markets Proactively call on and establish new relationships to lead customers through the buying process (including I-Mall, Automation Partner Websites, Siemens HIT Tool, etc.) Provide estimating assistance and training Support Order Entry and Handover processes Be a valued team member Follow a daily cadence of prospecting and developing new opportunities with the existing customer base to increase share of wallet Collaborate with Territory Managers to increase sales from lower tier Partners Provide additional support to these customers including product and technical support, pricing, customer care Be responsible for the entire sales cycle including pricing for smaller customers through to shipment and invoice; follow up with proactive calls to ensure customer satisfaction Work with Marketing to develop sales programs and promotions Qualifications
Basic Qualifications: High School Diploma required 4+ Years Building Automation and HVAC Controls Experience Demonstrated ability to effectively work with a wide range of customers, internal and external Strong communication and presentation skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications Proven experience working in a remote environment Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship Experience working with independent partners or distributors is a plus Ready to create your own journey?
