We are looking for an Executive Assistant to support the CEO and help keep a fast-moving startup running smoothly. This is a high-trust, high-impact role for someone who thrives on organization, clear communication, and solving problems before they land.
What you will do
Manage CEO communications, including inbox triage, calls, and message handling.
Own the CEO’s calendar, coordinating internal and external meetings and responding on their behalf when needed.
Provide support to the COO, CTO, and CSO as required.
Coordinate domestic and international travel, build agendas, and manage expense reports.
Synthesize information from multiple sources, prioritize actions, and keep the CEO ahead of commitments and deadlines.
Liaise with senior leaders, external partners, and key stakeholders.
Draft presentations, briefing notes, and other documents to prepare the CEO for meetings.
Attend assigned meetings, take minutes, track action items, and follow through on completion.
Welcome guests and support on-site logistics.
Help plan internal and external events.
Maintain office supplies and inventory, coordinate weekly cleaners, and ensure meeting rooms are ready.
Take on special projects as needed.
Handle sensitive information with confidentiality, discretion, and excellent judgment.
What we are looking for
2–3+ years of experience supporting a senior executive.
Strong written and verbal communication skills and a collaborative, team-first approach.
Excellent organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Calm under pressure with strong problem‑solving skills and good judgment.
Comfortable handling confidential information with discretion.
High proficiency with Microsoft Office and common office management tools.
Ability to work in‑person with extended hours when needed, including occasional weekend support.
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
