Join our team as a Mold Designer at Turck USA. We’re looking for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a collaborative environment and is driven to create molds that meet the highest standards of quality, efficiency, and manufacturability. Responsibilities

Design complex multi-cavity, hot runner, and high‑performance molds using SolidWorks. Apply expert knowledge of injection‑molding processes to optimize flow, cooling, ejection, and cycle time. Lead design reviews and ensure compliance with internal and industry standards. Support project timelines, cost estimates, and continuous‑improvement initiatives. Qualifications

Associate degree or certificate in Plastics Engineering, Mold Design, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. 3–5 years of experience in plastic injection mold design. Proficiency in SolidWorks and familiarity with CAM integration and CNC machining. Strong understanding of GD&T, DFM principles, and mold performance optimization. Excellent problem‑solving skills and a collaborative mindset. Benefits
