Base pay range $170,000.00/yr - $200,000.00/yr
Our client is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented C‑Suite Executive & Personal Assistant (EA/PA) to provide comprehensive support to the Chairman and CEO of a global investment management firm. The successful candidate will anticipate the needs of the Chairman/CEO, manage complex scheduling and communications, coordinate travel and logistics, and provide personal assistance to ensure the Chairman/CEO can focus on strategic priorities and organizational goals.
Responsibilities
Responsible for management of busy and ever-changing calendar while protecting the executive’s time and priorities
Draft correspondence on behalf of executive
Answer busy phones and track all messages and follow up
Schedule, arrange and facilitate meetings
Ensure executive’s complete preparation for all meetings including researching and writing briefings
Coordinate extensive global travel arrangements, including flights, ground transportation, hotels, visa coordination, etc.
Maintain all files
Track expense reports and ensure accuracy and timely reimbursement
Provide personal support on an as‑needed basis
Qualifications
Minimum of 10-15+ years of administrative experience, including executive-level support at the C‑Suite level
Professional background that exemplifies career longevity and long‑term commitments to previous employers; candidates cannot have a lot of movement on the resume
Previous work experience in finance, legal, and other strictly corporate settings
Bachelor’s degree is a must
Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills with a strong attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, comfortable speaking with internal and external stakeholders, UHNW individuals, media and political personalities, etc.
Proven ability to manage sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
Proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
