Qualifications
Experienced in law enforcement and police procedures, including knowledge of laws, regulations, and protocols

Strong communication, decision-making, and conflict resolution abilities
Certified Police Officer with required state certification for Massachusetts
Ability to work effectively in high-pressure situations and as part of a team
Prior experience in public service or law enforcement is highly desirable
High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or degrees in criminal justice or related fields is a plus
