Offer Description Persons who meet the requirements specified in Art. 113, 116 sec. 24 point 4 of the Act of 20 July 2018 – Law on Higher Education and Science, and in accordance with § 166 of the Jagiellonian University Statute, fulfilling the following qualification criteria, may participate in the competition:
Formal Criteria
hold at least a Master's degree in Physiotherapy;
demonstrate aptitude for research work;
have preparation for teaching activities.
Additional Formal Criteria
Very good knowledge of the Polish language – in the case of a foreign person.
Substantive Criteria subject to evaluation
High evaluation of a master's or doctoral thesis (if holding a doctoral degree) (max. 10 points);
Good command of English (at least B1 level) (max. 10 points);
Experience in cooperation with other research centers (max. 10 points);
Experience in teaching, especially in the field of physiotherapy, electrotherapy, and modern diagnostic methods in physiotherapy (max. 10 points);
Documented high student evaluations (max. 10 points);
Ability to operate modern diagnostic tools in physiotherapy (e.g., NORAXON ULTIUM, Zebris platforms, Ergospirometer) (max. 30 points);
Publications in scientific journals (max. 10 points);
Opinion on the predispositions for academic teaching (max. 10 points);
Completed or ongoing courses and training in physiotherapy (e.g., soft tissue massage course, Fascial Distortion Model (FDM), Kaltenborn OMT, as well as Biostatistics and statistical data analysis in medical research (maximum points: 40));
Job interview (maximum points: 140).
