Responsibilities
Provide front desk support including answering phones, greeting visitors, managing calendars, and assisting with meeting setups.
Complete clerical tasks such as word processing, copying, faxing, and filing.
Coordinate building and equipment maintenance, assist with event setup and teardown, and manage office operations including supplies, printers, cleanliness, and daily open/close duties.
Support travel arrangements, handle lunch orders and RSVPs, process mail, and assist executives at the SLT level and below.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required.
2 years of customer service or clerical experience.
1 year of experience managing travel arrangements, office support tasks, mail distribution, and general office organization.
Strong verbal and written communication skills; knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
Bilingual (Spanish).
Ability to work onsite at the Sarasota activity center.
Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) preferred.
Prior receptionist or call center experience a plus.
