Job Position: Overhead Crane Operator
Location: Waukesha, WI 53189
Pay Rate: Up to $28.00/hr + $2.00/hr Shift Differential BOE
Shift: 2nd shift, Mon-Fri, 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.
Description:
We are immediately hiring in Waukesha, WI for a safety-driven overhead crane operator & material handler responsible for transferring products with an overhead crane, forklift or stand‑up. You’ll be working the second shift, Monday through Friday from 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.

Overhead Crane Operator / Material Handler Duties and Responsibilities
Utilize 10, 20 & 100 ton overhead cranes
Analyze and develop lift plans as required
Determine appropriate lifting devices & rigging for lifts
Work with various individuals to determine the best position for weldments
Move, rotate, and flip large structural weldments as required
Complete required paperwork
Other duties as assigned
Overhead Crane Operator / Material Handler Qualifications and Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent experience
3-5 years of overhead crane operation and rigging experience
Basic level blueprint reading skills
Above average rigging skills and experience using at least 20 ton overhead crane
Experience moving items over 50 tons
Basic computer and good math skills
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. when required
